Greece is the word

As you may or may not be aware, I'm now island hopping around Greece!  Currently on Paros for one more night, spent two nights on Mykonos, spending the next few days in Ios and Santorini before a night in Athens then off to my trip in Jordan and Israel.  Finally, some hot weather and sunshine!  I got a little bit burnt as we did a day cruise around Paros and Antiparos which involved the boat driving for a while, then dropping the anchor, jumping off the boat and swimming for a while, getting back on the boat, driving to another beautiful spot, etc, etc.  The islands here are gorgeous, all dark blue water and white buildings and white and pink flowering trees everywhere.  It's so nice to relax!  I know I am taking time out from the world for a while but constant sightseeing and in particular flying so much is really draining, so right now I feel like I'm actually on holiday.  The people on my tour are also really nice.

I also spent a few days in Salzburg, Austria before I got here.  The one and only reason I went to Salzburg was to do The Sound Of Music tour, which was alot of fun!  A bus load of pensioners and Asians and me singing along to all of the songs and going to some pretty important film locations.  Also I had the best apple strudel I have ever tasted. 

Internet time here is expensive (Wifi not working at hostel) so I will have to leave it here.  Next stop, the Middle East!
